Security & data handling

Your institution’s data stays yours
Every institution on Kaksham is isolated at the database level — one institution’s students, teachers, courses, and payment records are never visible to another institution, enforced by the database itself, not just by the app’s screens.
Payments
All payments — institution subscriptions and student course payments — are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor used by the majority of Indian businesses accepting payments online. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
Encryption
All connections to Kaksham are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text, and a temporary password issued by an institution must be changed before it can be used to access anything.
Video content
Course videos are delivered via a dedicated video CDN (Bunny.net) rather than a public video host, and every video a student watches is watermarked with their own name — a quiet deterrent against a paid recording being shared outside the platform.
Compliance
We handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and your rights over it.
Reporting a concern
If you believe you’ve found a security issue, email security@influrion.com — we take reports seriously and will respond promptly.
