Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kaksham, a learning platform by Influrion — operated by Influrion Solutions Private Limited (“Kaksham”, “we”, “us”), registered at Param Milak, Rampur, Uttar Pradesh 244701, India. By creating an account or using Kaksham, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use Kaksham
Kaksham is provided to educational institutions (“Institutions”) and their staff and students. Accounts are created either by an Institution’s administrator/teacher, or by a student directly via an Institution’s join link. If you are under the age required to consent to online services in your jurisdiction, your Institution and/or parent or guardian is responsible for authorizing your account and use of Kaksham.
2. Accounts & security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Temporary passwords issued by an Institution must be changed on first login. Notify us immediately at support@influrion.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Institution content
Courses, videos, and assignments are created and owned by the Institution and its staff. Kaksham hosts and delivers this content but does not control or vet it; your Institution is responsible for the content it publishes to its students.
4. Platform subscription (Institutions)
Institutions pay a monthly platform fee based on the plan selected at kaksham.com/pricing. Video-hosting costs beyond your plan’s included allowance are billed as usage-based overage at the published per-video rate. Subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period — see our Refund Policy for details.
5. Student payments
Separately, some courses require payment from students, processed via Razorpay. Prices are set by the Institution and shown before purchase. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: share your login with others; attempt to access another Institution’s data; upload or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Kaksham available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or unforeseen issues may occasionally cause downtime.
8. Liability
Kaksham is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kaksham after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
